Automotive Test Scope ATS5004D is a four-channel differential USB oscilloscope designed for professional automotive electronics diagnostics. It allows safe, simultaneous measurement of four independent signals, avoiding ground loops and the risk of short circuits.
The oscilloscope offers 12, 14, or 16-bit resolution, up to 50 MSa/s sampling rate, and a 50 MHz bandwidth. Each channel has a 128k sample memory, enabling accurate capture of both short and long signal events. The SureConnect feature instantly indicates whether the probe is properly connected, and integrated resistance measurement makes it easy to test sensors without additional tools.
